Our story
A little about the hands behind it all
Our story starts in Arroub Refugee Camp, Palestine, where our artists and makers stitch patterns passed down through generations.
Tatreez is Palestinian embroidery, but there’s more to it than the stitches. It carries memories of home, family and the places we come from.
We started By Palestinian Hands to share that work with more people, with the artists and their stories recognised along the way. Something to wear, something for your home, or a meaningful gift for someone you love. A little Palestine to carry with you.

Palestinian makers. Many of our pieces are hand-stitched by artisans in Arroub Refugee Camp, south of Bethlehem. Others come from Palestinian makers and shops we work with. Either way, your order supports Palestinian craft.
