Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, across Europe, Canada, Australia and more. Available countries, shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I shop in my own currency?
Yes. Choose your country with the selector in the header or footer and prices will show in your local currency.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking details where available. You can also follow your order from your account.
02Our pieces & care
Is every piece really handmade?
Yes. Every keffiyeh border, wall hanging and artwork is embroidered by hand by Palestinian artists in Arroub Refugee Camp, Bethlehem. Nothing is machine-stitched.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but never identical. Because each piece is stitched by hand, small differences in thread, colour and pattern are part of its character, and the mark of the person who made it.
How do I care for tatreez?
- Hand wash gently in cool water, or spot clean where possible.
- Dry flat, away from direct sunlight, to protect the colours.
- Press on a low heat from the reverse side of the embroidery.
Can I request a custom piece?
We love hearing ideas. Explore custom orders or send us a message with "Gifts & custom requests" as the topic, tell us what you have in mind, and we'll speak with our artists about what's possible.

Can I return or exchange a piece?
If something isn't right, please send us a message with your order number and we'll help. Our full refund policy is available at checkout.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry. Please send us a message with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll put it right.
