How long does a custom piece take?
Every piece is stitched entirely by hand, so timing depends on its size and detail. We'll give you an estimate before anything begins, and if you have a date in mind, tell us in your request.
How much does a custom order cost?
It depends on the size, the amount of stitching and the materials. We'll share a price with you before your piece is started, so there are no surprises.
Can my piece include names, words or a place?
Often, yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll check with our artists what's possible, and how it could be woven into the design.
Can I send photos or references?
Yes, please do. Paste a link to your photos or a Pinterest board in step 06 of the form, or tick 'I have photos to send' and attach them when you reply to our email: patterns, a family piece, or anything that inspires you.
